At MOZA Racing EU, we want you to be fully satisfied with your sim racing gear, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging. Please ensure all components and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our support team via the official MOZA Racing EU portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original factory packaging, including all cables, mounts, and documentation, to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own tracked shipping method to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
